Unhappy with your order???

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

The majority of returns unworn and unused are refunded via store credit in the form of a Discount Code or refunded back to original payment method (see below). Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Return fees are paid by the purchaser but can be provided by us depending on the reason for return. Please contact us via email to start your request at prettydollasbrand@gmail.com. If items are returned not in the same condition in which it was received a refund will not be granted.

Here at Pretty Dolla$ we never want to see a customer unhappy or unsatisfied. If you can prove to us that your product or outfit was not a good fit via a photograph your refund will reflect back to your original payment method. Questions??  Contact US
